1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Lumenor (the "App"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. App Description

Lumenor is a macOS habit tracker designed to help you build streaks, set reminders, and review progress using grids and stats views.

3. License and Allowed Use

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App on Apple devices you own or control, in accordance with Apple’s terms and these Terms.

• You may use the App for personal or internal business purposes.
• You may not reverse engineer, copy, modify, or redistribute the App except as permitted by law.
• You may not use the App to violate any applicable laws.

4. Purchases, Subscriptions, and Refunds

Lumenor is distributed through the Mac App Store. Apple processes payments and may provide subscription management, billing, and refunds.

• Billing: Charges are handled by Apple using your Apple ID.
• Manage subscriptions: If the App offers subscriptions, you can manage them in your Apple ID settings.
• Refunds: Refund requests are handled by Apple. You can request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com.

5. Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

6. Disclaimer

THE APP IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that it will meet your specific requirements.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE APP. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO APPLE FOR THE APP (IF ANY) IN THE 12 MONTHS PRIOR TO THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

8. Changes to the App and Terms

We may update the App and these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date.
